When creating an event in CommandDot, it’s quite simple to update the timezone to reflect where the other attendees might be. After you have entered the event editing section of CommandDot, type in the city that you want to adjust the timezone to. Once you hit 'enter' on that, the draft will reflect both your timezone and the new one.
